miniTOC² Analyzer
The next-generation TOC analyzer. Improved UV oxidation and optimized fluidics deliver reliable conversion of organic content with significantly reduced water consumption.
- ✓ Optimized sample volume to approx. 7 mL/min
- ✓ Improved UV oxidation — reliable conversion of organic content
- ✓ Long-life UV lamp — up to 12 months
- ✓ Continuous measurement every 2 seconds
- ✓ Up to 3 sample inlets
- ✓ Remote service — online service diagnosis
Designed for TOC in online monitoring mode
Like its predecessor, the miniTOC² facilitates online/offline monitoring of total organic carbon. Fast, accurate readings via conductivity detection are further enhanced by the adapted direct-surface UV oxidation geometry and optimized fluidics and sensor coordination. Improved measurement accuracy increases precision and reduces costs and environmental impact by minimizing water consumption to 7 mL/min — an approx. 50% saving vs. previous models, equating to 3,600 L/year less. The long-life UV lamp (12 months) reduces maintenance and waste, with a low detection limit of 0.5 ppb and an extended range up to 1500 ppb.
Advanced technology, user-friendly maintenance
UV reactor
Enhanced UV oxidation via the adapted direct-surface geometry of the UV lamp and the fluid pathway.
Conductivity sensor
Shielded sensors reduce external influences like temperature fluctuations, enhancing measurement stability.
System status
A complete software overhaul gives a clear status overview, including operating hours for sensors, pumps, and the UV lamp.
Sample mode
A sample-mode configuration measures separate samples offline; the sequence is user-customizable.
Multiline mode
Order the 4-input configuration (miniTOC pro); a software upgrade allows measuring up to 3 loops sequentially.
Additional pump
An optional second pump head alternates sample transport, extending runtime and halving pump-tube replacement.
Data export
Export to external storage in various formats, or store in the cloud and share with customer service for diagnosis.
21 CFR Part 11 software
Software with 21 CFR Part 11 conformity for pharma applications.
Autosampler
In sample mode, upgradable with an autosampler — two trays, each rack holding 40 positions for 40 mL vials.
Heat exchanger
Required if the medium temperature is higher than 50 °C.
Pressure regulator
Required if the medium pressure is higher than 1 bar.
Check of sample flow
Initiates an alarm in case of inlet flow is zero.
