Designed for TOC monitoring — online and offline
The miniTOC uses the classical flow-through concept for online or offline TOC monitoring. Calibration and SST are easy and can be done by the user; online operation is interrupted briefly for system checks. The software enables the user to perform calibration and SST independently, and the programmable sequence ensures automatic procedure and data evaluation. Verification of TOC results follows USP and Ph.Eur requirements through periodic system suitability tests.

Interval mode
Order the 4-input configuration (miniTOC pro); with a software upgrade, measure up to 3 loops sequentially.
Offline version
An offline configuration is available to analyse single samples.
Autosampler
In offline mode, the miniTOC pro is upgradable with an autosampler — 15 positions for 100 mL vials.
Heat exchanger
Required if the medium temperature is higher than 50 °C.
Pressure regulator
Required if the medium pressure is higher than 1 bar (pressure transducer).
21 CFR Part 11 software
Software with 21 CFR Part 11 conformity for pharma applications.
IP54 housing
Protects the miniTOC from dust deposits and water jets.

Initiates an alarm in case of inlet flow is zero.
