flexiTOC Analyzer
The next-generation TOC analyzer for tap water to demanding samples. UV oxidation of organic carbon compounds to CO₂, quantified by a highly sensitive NDIR detector for excellent detection limits and measurement stability.
Overview
UV oxidation of organic carbon compounds in aqueous samples to carbon dioxide (CO₂). The generated CO₂ is quantified using a highly sensitive NDIR detector, ensuring excellent detection limits and measurement stability.
The system supports reagent-free operation for TOC levels below 2000 ppb, and operation with reagent for higher TOC concentrations and less-oxidative substances, depending on the application.
Highlights
- ✓ Wide range: tap water to demanding samples
- ✓ UV oxidation with sensitive NDIR CO₂ detection
- ✓ Reagent-free operation below 2000 ppb TOC
- ✓ Optimized UV reactor geometry & harmonized gas flow
- ✓ Cloud data export & remote diagnosis
Options & Features
Multiline mode
The flexiTOC pro provides 4 inlets; a software upgrade lets you measure up to 3 loops sequentially, configuring the duration of each interval measurement separately.
Sample mode
A sample-mode configuration measures separate samples offline; the sequence is user-customizable.
Calibration & verification
Reagent and water-blank determination plus multipoint calibration with internal standard dilution for enhanced analytical accuracy.
Data export
Export to an external storage device in various formats; cloud storage via network, and sharing with customer service for error diagnosis.
System status
A complete software overhaul delivers a detailed status overview, including operating hours for individual sensors, a pump, and the UV lamp.
Heat exchanger & pressure regulator
A heat exchanger is required for medium temperatures above 50 °C; a pressure transducer is required if the incoming medium pressure exceeds 0.5 bar.
21 CFR Part 11 software · IP54
Conformity for pharma applications (secure data handling, electronic records and signatures). Screen and fan supplied with IP54 protection as standard.
